Chris and Ganda are a really fun and stylish couple. It was a PERFECT day in Kingwood for photography. Chris and I think alike so I knew that I would really enjoy this engagement session. They were both naturals in front of the camera! Everything went very smoothly, and as you can tell, we had a blast. Congrats to Chris and Ganda! Tori is one of my closest friends, so I was beyond excited when she asked me if I would shoot her engagement photos. After a long break from photography, I reached for my camera and we set out to have a blast. Anyone that has ever met Tori knows that she is bubbly and full of laughter. This charisma combined with her fiance’s easy going personality made for a great day of shooting. They were both so much fun to work with! We captured some wonderful images and are all looking forward to their wedding day. Congrats to Tori and Aaron!

SYDNEYS HELLO KITTY PHOTO SHOOT

Sydney is beautiful, fun, and quirky. I knew this would be an exciting session and I couldn’t think of a better model for this Hello Kitty themed photoshoot. Sydney is absolutely crazy about Hello Kitty. She is also very creative. In fact, she actually made a few oversized bows just for this shoot!

This being said, I wasn’t the least bit surprised when I saw the amount of pink in her childhood bedroom. There seriously couldn’t have been a better location for this shoot. This was a special day because we were shooting a Behind The Scenes video during this crazy themed photo shoot. I put together a wonderful team and we had an amazing time.

I would like to give a special thanks to makeup artist Pearl Marcos from Beauty Armor, and Travis Pennington from NineSky Media. My appreciation also goes out to Matt and Sydney, Stefany, and Daniel for all of your help.

APRIL + LUIS ENGAGEMENT SHOOT

I have known April since High School so I was really excited to shoot her and her fiances engagement photos. This was another one of my many sessions during my West Texas tour. Our location was McCamey and the weather was perfect. April and Luis are very much in love with each other and were a blast to work with. We captured some wonderful images and made some fun memories:)

Devins mom contacted me wanting some head-shots of her son Devin. Upon meeting Devin, the first thing he said to me was something along the lines of “My dad is a model and I want to be one too”. It was then I knew that this was going to be a fun shoot:) Devin is full of personality and loves to talk and laugh. We had a great time. He was very photogenic and I believe that we captured some excellent photos. I can definitely see a future in modeling for Devin:)

Nicolette is another senior from McCamey High School. She wanted something a little different so we went to Midland. We found a great location with various backgrounds. Midland ended up being a great choice. Nichole is gorgeous and a lot of fun to work with. I love her bubbly personality. As expected we captured some great photos that she can really be proud of.

Erik and Chris are seniors at McCamey High School. Incase you haven’t noticed already, they are twins. They are extra laid back. We found some grungy locations and even shot at a small junk yard. We ended the day shooting on the football field since they were both Varsity Football players. Another great shoot in West Texas!

David is another Senior from McCamey High School. He wanted something more edgy and less traditional. We set out looking for some grungy backgrounds. David wasn’t shy, so he made a great model. It was a wonderful day and we had a great time. His outfits definitely added to the photos. Overall, this shoot was another success.

You don’t always need a reason to have photos taken. Sometimes its just fun to dress up and feel like a model for a day. Reagan contacted me and when I saw her Facebook I knew she would be an excellent subject to work with. Our shoot was short and sweet. One location; one outfit; but we definitely captured some great photos. Here are just a few from the many. Thanks Reagan. I hope to work with you again one day!
